137 multi-unit executives from leading retail, restaurant and service-based companies took a step in the right direction. They attended the 10th Annual Service Management Forum in Sarasota, FL.

Leading business thinkers including Polly LaBarre, Joe Wheeler and Jim Gilmore shared insights and innovations for business in the 21st century. On an inspirational note, Liz Murray enlightened the audience with the story of her journey from the streets of New York City to the halls of Harvard University.
